Mindfulness in Motion

This mini-workshop is an introduction to mindful, health-promoting exercise consisting of simple-to-follow movements. These exercises are based on centuries old tai chi and qigong and are slow, graceful and continuous meditative movements. The exercises can be done seated or standing and are helpful for reducing stress and anxiety and promoting focus, relaxation and balance.

This mini workshop is suitable for beginners and people who want to revisit the material.

Longevity Breathing™

This mini-workshop is an introduction to Taoist Longevity Breathing, which promotes healthier functioning of your internal organs by deepening and lengthening the breath, waking up the inside of your body and getting everything moving in synch with your breathing. It helps cultivate the ability to relax and smoothe your nervous system at any time and focus for long periods. Improving your breathing is one of the best things you can do for your health and wellbeing and you can do it 24 hours a day.

This mini workshop is suitable for beginners and people who want to revisit the material.

About NYR

Neal's Yard Remedies was born in 1981. We like to think of ourselves as pioneers. Today awareness and interest in natural remedies, skin and body care are on the increase. But when we opened our first shop in Covent Garden, we were one of the few pushing against the synthetic chemical approach to skin and health care that had been adopted by much of the industry. Our vision was to bring the expertise of the apothecary and our holistic approach to health and beauty to local people and their communities.
