Longwater Tai Chi Retreats - Update

There is no Longwater retreat in 2020.

This summer, in place of our annual 1 week retreat, we will be hosting 2 weekend workshops focusing on traditional Tai Chi (taijiquan) practices. This means that those of you who couldn't commit to the retreat in the past, due to time and financial constraints, would be able to enjoy some of the more advanced material we teach on such occasions. These two and a half day workshops will be linked in content, but taught in a way that will allow you to attend one, part of one or all of them to suit your schedule and budget. Knowledge of a Tai Chi form is a requirement for these workshops; and if you have begun studying the Yang 108 with us this April, this is a great opportunity to upgrade your form before the next workshop in the Autumn.

Each workshop will be based on solo hand form study, but will include an interactive component where we will work with partners. Drop in rates are available for the Friday afternoon (solo) and Sunday morning (partner) sessions.

Workshop 1: Fri 31st July - Sun 2 August.

Workshop 2 - Fri 4th Sept - Sun 6th Sept.

Times: Fri (2.30pm-6pm) Sat/Sun (10am-4pm)
