While the COVID-19 restrictions are in place, we are offering live Zoom sessions online.
Currently FREE online session - you can register here using your Stay Connected! password. If you are not a member of our Stay Connected video library, please complete our new student form here.
Once registered, you will be invited to join a recurring Zoom session (see details), which you can diary for every week. You only need to register for this class once - thereafter you can use the same Zoom link you were sent.
Each session is 60 mins and includes up to 15 mins Chat and questions - you can also join 15 mins before to setup your camera etc.

Whilst we will still not be charging for access to any of our online material, we ask that if you can afford to contribute to our costs, you now do so, based on our minimum standard rate of GB£8 equivalent per hour. If you can only contribute a little, please feel free to do so as very little appreciation helps.
This class is based on 'Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi', which means 18 movements. With their roots in Tai Chi, these calming and enjoyable movements are very much simpler to follow than the traditional forms but still offer many of the benefits. The flowing movements are usually done to relaxing music, are simple to copy and are repeated with the instructor, so you don't have to remember a lot of instructions and sequence. The movements can help improve balance, flexibility, memory and general well-being through releasing stress and tension.
