Tai Chi Qigong - Ringwood
Just follow along to 45 minutes of low-impact energising exercise in our very popular Tai Chi Qigong classes.

All classes are performed standing, but you can choose to be seated. Suitable for complete beginners, all age groups and levels of fitness.

We continue to operate under COVID distancing guidelines, which currently means numbers to these sessions are limited. We would prefer it if you could register online - payment can be made immediately by Paypal, or by BACS or at the class by choosing “offline payment”. Registering online guarantees you a place in the class; you are welcome to attend as a drop-in but we cannot guarantee you will be able to join the class if advance bookings have taken all available slots.
About the Exercises
This class is based on 'Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi', which means 18 movements. With their roots in Tai Chi, these calming and enjoyable movements are very much simpler to follow than the traditional forms but still offer many of the benefits. The flowing movements are usually done to relaxing music, are simple to copy and are repeated with the instructor, so you don't have to remember a lot of instructions and sequence. The movements can help improve balance, flexibility, memory and general well-being through releasing stress and tension.
