Online Tai Chi Qigong
Join us for our live Zoom sessions online.
This is currently a FREE online session available to all of our students who have registered for the Stay Connected! video library. PASSWORD REQUIRED TO REGISTER! If you would like to register with us, please complete our form here.
Each session is 45 mins - you can also join 15 mins before to setup your camera etc.
Once registered, you will be invited to join a recurring Zoom session (see details), which you can diary for every week. You can attend as much or little of the session as you wish.

Whilst we will still not be charging for access to any of our online material, we ask that if you can afford to contribute to our costs, you now do so, based on our minimum standard rate of GB£8 equivalent per hour. If you can only contribute a little, please feel free to do so as very little appreciation helps.

About the Exercises
This class is based on 'Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi', which means 18 movements. With their roots in Tai Chi, these calming and enjoyable movements are very much simpler to follow than the traditional forms but still offer many of the benefits. The flowing movements are usually done to relaxing music, are simple to copy and are repeated with the instructor, so you don't have to remember a lot of instructions and sequence. The movements can help improve balance, flexibility, memory and general well-being through releasing stress and tension.
Using Zoom Meetings
Tips for video meetings
- If at all possible always use the meetings app on your computer or device - it’s much more reliable than a browser.
- Check your background - try to avoid having strong light behind you.
- If you want to be seen clearly (e.g. so we can correct you) use contrasting clothing to your background.
