Just follow along to 45 minutes of low-impact energising exercise in our very popular Tai Chi Qigong classes. All classes are performed standing, but you can choose to be seated. NB: This class uses a little more extension and attention to detail than the previous class, to give you a deeper workout - ideal as a warmup for the following Wu Tai Chi class. (Social Distancing - see class details for more info).

A weekly class for students who have already studied the Modified Wu 64 Tai Chi form - experience of this form or any traditional Wu style Tai Chi is required to attend.
